By accessing and using Ecsend, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
2. Service Description
Ecsend is an SMS gateway that allows sending messages to Angola and Mozambique through an API or web dashboard. The service is operated by Paysgator.
3. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to use the service to send spam, illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content. Ecsend reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.
4. Payments and Credits
The service works on a pre-payment model. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may be changed with prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ecsend shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including message delivery failures by mobile operators.
